I purchased the house and called the company, they didn’t even want to talk and was very rude. I asked them if they could remodel the kitchen and add a shower in the half bathroom, his response: “It is gonna be around $80,000 – $100,000, if you have the money then we can make an appointment, if not, then we can’t help” Either the construction companies are working like this or he was judging me for my accent. 😪😨😤 made me so sad , I did talk with your company for sure. And that not true you didn’t found any information, I talked few times and you should have all call if you recorded. Have on my phone all calls. And have dates I called

The service was excellent. We had a full gut and replace kitchen renovation, floors throughout first floor, and painting. Every technician that cycled through was professional and personable. The designers and project manager were on top of everything. I would and will use them again

We selected VKB for our whole house remodel to ensure our design was consistent and up to date. Haley and Misty definitely took our home from 1990 to 2024! Our home is more than we expected, and we are excited to entertain again. The VKB culture is definitely focused on quality of the end product and exceeding customer expectations. Every team member, from sales and design to the construction crew, electrician, painters, were committed to the project and made many suggestions to improve our home. VKB was transparent about costs and provided options to minimize costs without compromising quality and design priorities. VKB were flexible so we could complete tasks, like painting, ourselves. All were always very positive and a pleasure to work with! We especially appreciated the phenomenal support from Haley, Junior, Daryl, Taylor, Jeff, and Misty! Jordan and Taylor created a plan to ensure we always had access to a working sink, toilet, and shower, as well as a working washer and dryer! This was not always an easy task and demonstrated their commitment for a positive experience during the project. We have been impressed and appreciative of the follow up to quickly complete punch list items and to help with any post remodel design questions. We highly recommend VKB for any remodel project!

It’s hard to put into words what VKB Homes means to our family. Since buying our forever home, we have been able to count on them for all of our remodeling needs. Not only do they have a team of highly-skilled professionals in every area imaginable, they are also kind, courteous, punctual, and receptive to our ever-evolving vision for our home. Their attention to detail never fails to impress us as they approach every job with a level of care they would give to their own house. Misty and Jordan were great to work with. Communication with both were amazing and very on time. Jordan let us know every step of the way, and Misty was very warm and welcoming and an absolute joy to work with. The sub contractors they worked with were ok. Got the jobs done but not the friendliest people. The only thing is that the project took longer than expected and I know with orders, we can’t control that. But other than that, If we were to do another project, I would recommend VKB again, thank you!
