In the 27 years our family has lived in this home, my husband and I often “dreamed” of changes and renovations we might make “one day.” One day came out of the blue when my mother-in-law suffered a debilitating stroke and we became her full time care givers. We needed our home to be accessible and accommodate her wheel chair and medical equipment, but we also wanted it to flow and retain its comfort and charm. In addition, we needed it completed…yesterday! My husband is an engineer in the construction industry and could give you details of Sharon Builders’ beautifully executed interior and exterior structural work. What I know is our home was completely transformed in the most wonderful way. Steve and his son, Alan, always had a plan in mind to meet our goals, but they weren’t afraid to hold or alter their vision if they saw a way to improve upon it. Part of their work included opening the back facade of the house (den and kitchen), enclosing and incorporating the former back porch to create an area that seamlessly connected those spaces with the master bedroom suite, while offering, with large windows, a feeling that we weren’t indoors at all. Their work was masterful, stunning, and left no detail unattended.

Just completed a very large renovation with Sharon Builders. Steve’s original proposal/quote was not the cheapest or most expensive, but I got the sense that I was dealing with the most honest contractor of the ones I interviewed. Overall, I’m confident I made the right choice. Steve and Allan are construction professionals. They took a house that hadn’t been touched since the mid-1980s and brought it to current safety standards. The finished product looks exactly like I imagined and I love my new home. Like every large project, there were unwelcome surprises, miscommunications, and other issues that came up. Steve and Allan handled each one professionally and transparently, making sure that we were satisfied with the final outcome. I would highly recommend hiring Sharon Builders for your home construction needs.

I spoke with Steve last week and we scheduled an appointment for him to be at my home on 3/3/2020 at 10am to discuss my home renovation project. He never showed nor did I receive a phone call.

Project was a complete remodel of a 1500 square foot ranch, including adding LVL beams in connection with a new floor plan. Steve was very professional in all our dealings. He kept us informed of progress and the estimated time of completion. Quality of work was excellent. change order pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again .

Working with Steve and his son Allan was an absolute pleasure! We remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom with them. We have gone through multiple renovations in our previous homes and this was by far one of the best experiences we have had. Steve and Allan were always at the house making sure the work was done to our satisfaction and making changes/recommendations as needed. We highly recommend Sharon Builders for any home renovations you may need.

Steve and Sharon Builders did a kitchen remodel for us and we are so happy with the final result. They finished on time and followed up to make sure we were happy with everything. Would recommend to anyone!
