I live next door to a mark memmer owned property and build. Front acre and building looks great! Rear two acres are blight. A massive health risk to all the people in the abutting neighborhood. Massive amounts of bugs,ticks,mosquitos. Just unbelievable that millionaire contractors don’t care about people. Nothing but profits.

We had a wonderful experience building with Memmer homes! From the beginning, the team invested lots of time with us reviewing our blueprints and allowing us to set our expectations in terms of high-quality finishes so we could begin with a realistic budget. Due to this time spent up-front, we had little-to-no change orders throughout the process while getting exactly the quality of finishes we wanted. The full-time employees as well as sub-contractors were also all such a pleasure to work with. The craftsmanship of everything, particularly the cabinetry and wood floors/stairs, is just excellent. Brooke, the designer on staff, made selecting finishes fun and easy. She totally got our ‘vibe’ and presented beautiful options. She and other members of the team also offered great advice to make improvements we hadn’t thought of ourselves. We are sad to not see many of them regularly now that our house is done! One of the best parts of all was that they built this beautiful home on schedule! We could not believe how efficiently everything moved and that the home was actually finished when they said it would be. We would highly recommend Memmer homes to build your custom dream home.

Very happy with the end result of our home. We chose Memmer for their immaculate finishing work and attention to detail with respect to wood trim, cabinetry and overall execution. The planning process left a little to be desired given lack of computer/3D layouts , but I believe they have added this to their capabilities since we built. Lead contractor Dave Yoder is is one of the most honest, knowledgeable and punctual professionals I have worked with. Overall, would highly recommend.

Mark MEMMER and his team are SECOND TO NO ONE when it comes to custom builders! We just moved into our brand new modern farm house build and have been more than happy through out the process! There is no other choice but a MEMMER Homes!
