Not happy with several things about this contractor. They used some wood in the roof of my garage that was split about 10′ or more long in the board. They way over exaggerated their lead time. I was told 10-12 weeks, possibly 16 to account for weather delays which I was fine with. I bought it in March and it wasn’t built until mid-Oct. then sat open without the doors until December. They very shoddily backfilled only one end of the garage, leaving huge chunks of concrete in it. They also left a lot of concrete scraps scattered along my sidewalk which I had them rebuild. They didn’t back fill the sidewalks either like they were supposed to. I had to clean up all of the concrete and hire a guy to come and till everything up to properly backfill all of the sidewalk and garage. My sidewalks were supposed to be curved and when I got home from work and saw the way they had the forms laid, they were straight and I told them it was wrong. They were packing up for the day and coming back the next day. When I got home from work the next day they had gone ahead and poured them wrong anyway! The owner blew it off and said “well they look good anyway. They also poured the sidewalk with not enough of a slope away from my back door and water gets under it. When I asked the owner to correct that, they came back and repoured a small area but didn’t change any of the slope so it still leaks. He caulked it in hopes that would fix it but it didnt. I tried repeatedly to get them to come back and finish the job properly and was told by the owner that they would but he stopped answering my messages and never came back to fix the issues. Yes, I paid them in full because he had said he would be back to clean up the concrete, backfill and fix the leak at the back door, which he never did.
