I’m so impressed with the exceptional service I received from Isacc and his team! On a weekday evening around 7 pm, Isacc came to our home to inspect our roof and informed us of some necessary repairs that needed to be addressed ASAP. What struck me was his promptness and dedication to his work. Despite everyone else heading home for the day, Isacc climbed onto our roof to thoroughly inspect it, and then promptly handled the insurance claim. The process was seamless, and all we had to do was choose the color and type of shingles we wanted. Isacc took care of everything else, including dealing with the insurance company. And the best part? We didn’t have to pay a dime out of pocket except for our deductible! Thanks to Isacc’s diligence, we were able to get a new roof installed in less than a week. If he hadn’t stopped by when he did, we would still be dealing with holes in our roof and potential leaks. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service are truly outstanding. I highly recommend Isacc and his team for any roofing needs. You won’t be disappointed!

I am generally skeptical when it comes to roofing. Mostly due to a bad experience I had years ago. So, when my wife told me about meeting Akeem and Big House Construction. My 1st reaction was to say, no, we are not doing that…. Well thank God for my wife being smarter than me. Her intuition and the professionalism, knowledge, and confidence of Akeem representing Big House Construction were remarkable. From the initial roof inspection to the follow up after completion are a testament to how sometimes expectations can be exceeded! Every step of the way was well communicated and completed as stated. The crew that actually did the roof were extremely hard working and took care to not only put a beautiful roof on my home. But also to take care to protect any plants and clean up as to not even know they were there. And quickly! Akeem was the best at communicating each step of the process and really made the whole process simple! If you are at all concerned or even want peace of mind of the condition of your roof. Big House recently replaced our roof. They did a great job and Randall Ruiz was great to work with. He explained everything step by step and worked diligently to help me deal with the difficulties from the insurance company. I highly recommend Big house construction.

I highly recommend this company if you need a new roof! Thankful for Akeem and his team. They took care of filing a claim with my insurance company and guided us thru the entire process with great customer service! Got the entire roof replaced after the insurance company low balled us but Big House Construction proved to our insurance company we needed a new a roof! The building crew did a great job!

We were on the verge of our insurance company dropping us due to mold and algae on our roof. However, Isaac at Big House Construction saw something different. He saw potential hail and wind damage that others missed. Isaac guided us through the entire process, from the initial filing of the claim to meeting with the insurance adjuster. The adjuster agreed with Isaac’s assessment, and our claim was approved in less than 24 hours!Within a few days, we had a new roof, gutters, and repairs for additional damage. The entire process was seamless and expedited. Despite having other jobs, Isaac ensured we felt comfortable and informed throughout. His communication and professionalism were exceptional.I highly recommend Big House Construction and Isaac Rincon. You will not regret it! We love our new roof and gutters. Now that we have found a name we can trust, we will use them again for additional projects and continue to refer family and friends.

If you’ve dealt with home owners insurance claims you know the MO with several of the insurance companies is to make it as difficult as possible to utilize what you pay for. Ethan and Big House were persistent in helping getting my roof replaced, didn’t take “no” for an answer. Their communication was on point, keeping me up to speed every step of the way. Roof looks great! They also left the yard as they found it, no mess, nails/debris etc. I even incidentally left a vehicle in the driveway right in the way, and they covered it well and saw to it that nothing hit or damaged the vehicle. I dealt with a few contractors prior to calling Big House and if I had to do it over, I’d called them first. Thank you Ethan and Big House for all your help!!
