They actually do great work but you can NEVER get them to call you. First time was a fiasco 2nd time was great.

I was very pleased with my Romanoff flooring installer. He was friendly and professional. He installed both LVP and oak planking. Both are beautifully done. I will use them again.

We got carpet with home depot and Romanoff was subcontracted to install it today. After reading many reviews I didn’t have high hopes, but I’m very pleased with them! They called to see if it was okay for them to come earlier than expected, which was a plus for us! The leadman Juan and his partner were great! Very professional, made sure to keep me informed about what they were doing, cleaned up and even vacuumed. It only took them about 3 hours to complete my whole house! Living room, long hall way, 2 bedrooms and a master! I was amazed! I would recommend them anyday to anyone! Those 2 guys need a raise a bonus, something! My husband and I are very pleased with the carpet! 😊

The carpet installation process was an excellent experience. We are very pleased with the installation team. They were courteous, prompt and professional. The new carpet looks wonderful. We are extremely happy with how the new carpet turned out.

The company was great with communicating updates and instructions prior to my flooring installation. The lead installer was also great with checking in several days before the installation, providing his cell phone number, and answering all my questions. During the 5-day project the installers were very considerate and friendly; they always arrived when they said they would, and they did an excellent job with the flooring.
