Avison is currently doing some work on our city streets in the Tower District in Fresno. They are adding sidewalks and renovating storm drain gutters. The intersection near my home was carelessly made such that water does not drain through the intersection without pooling water as it crosses the street which takes days to dry up. I have reported this to the foreman and I was shunned as he was the “expert”. He said water always puddles up on flat concrete, but not a half inch deep. This work is a project to give students at the nearby school safe places to walk rather than in the street. Now to access these new sidewalks, they will have traverse over puddles that should not exist on new gutters. Even after speaking with a supervisor, nothing seems to be happening, they seem not to care that they did a bad job

This company is doing street work for the city of Fresno in front of my house. Their workers have blocked parking for my elderly mother and started an argument about it. Then they intentionally blocked my driveway with their work trucks on multiple occasions. Very discourteous crew.

No comments aside from– Politics shows the true true core of where and how this company runs. I like some of the workers personally however. Civil rights are not their top priority.
