Norwest Kitchen and Remodel transformed my kitchen from a shabby mess with unusable spaces, to a sleek, lovely, and efficient living area! My condo apartment was a rental for 29 years before I bought it, and the kitchen showed it. Five years after I moved in, I was ready to remodel it: everything to change except the floor and walls. The designer Ivania incorporated my priorities (eliminating dead corners and adding lighting) and catered to my every whim. Andy (Customer Relations) and the ladies in Scheduling kept the project on track. Cabinet demo and install went very smoothly, Precision Countertops installed the most beautiful countertop in existence, and the plumbers came and went in a flash. The electricians (subcontracted) needed a little prodding, but Andy handled the issues and my kitchen is now up to code and, well, just perfect. I could not be happier.

If you’re in the market for a new kitchen or in the process of a remodel look no further. Norwest is one of the best companies we have worked and work with. Everyone in the office is really friendly and easy to get ahold of. Scheduling is very organized and makes for smooth execution of the project. All installers are very professional and highly skilled. Top tier!!!

First off, very happy with my kitchen. A beautiful set of alder cabinets, everyone loves it. We love it too. Second, supply chain issues and covid made this a difficult job for them, it took a year. I’m not alone there. It’s been a mess for us all, right? That being said, their part inspector let a lot of stuff fly by, many things arrived built incorrectly, which were then installed off-center. A cabinet door crunched into a piece of granite, it and a drawer had to be replaced. The rest was just readjusting rails and finding a better fit, it worked out. They hate installing hinge restrictors, which are super easy to put in. Which is why I was confused when they asked me to put them in when I was paying for the installation. If your cabinets open at 45 degrees, you’re good. If they don’t, and they open wider or bounce, don’t let them say “it’s in.” It’s not lmao. They’re great! Just double-check everything.

I’ve had same experience! They blame you for all faults and oversight or bad communication and I’m seeing a pattern here of using “damaged cabinets” as a way out of everything…I have been at this for months and nothing started but my kitchen is completely demo’d and I have piles of boxes taking up my entire living room for months, and then can’t even get straight answers on how and when to move forward…I think there is some kind of back end contract thing with Home Depot that is preventing them from giving quality service and even normal communication!! And god forbid your kitchen has ANY issues that stray from “normal” it will be completely out of their scope (which is never communicated up front btw) thus, wasting everyones time and more money! Also, project manager has been non existent! Another theme I’m seeing from reviewers! I don’t know why HD keeps putting up with this honestly!

We had a side porch that needed to be rebuilt. The builders were just wonderful – respectful and diligent. And the porch looks just great. We have planned further work with them, and appreciate the quality of the work they offer.

Biggest joke in the NW. They charged me extra and then didn’t finish the job. They give ZERO communication and are incapable of answering basic questions.

This company exceeded my expectations! I finally have my dream kitchen! They were so friendly and had great costumer service. We will be using them again for my bathroom update in the next couple years!! Thanks guys!!

The team did a great job on my kitchen remodel and guest bathroom remodel. We will be using them again in the future for our master bathroom remodel. Love their work!
