Tiago and Sons Enterprises: This New York based general contracting company for interior renovations (especially high-end residential apartments) is a company with topnotch professionalism, punctuality of daily work and realistic estimates of time and financials for the job. The workmanship is of the highest quality. The company is COVID-19 protected. What I especially appreciated about this company was the interactive communication and responsiveness I received. My input counted! They were proactive, honest, and reliable. Leo Tiago, the owner and president of this company, sets a high standard for himself and his working crew. He does not like surprises and does not like to give surprises to his clients, which means you are in “the loop!” And at the end of the day, the Tiago crew cleans up your renovation “in progress” as if they were never there. Clean and pristine. You will NOT be disappointed with the renovation results; you will be extremely delighted with the results!!
