Edit: Just had to update that we had a small minor defect due to how the stain dried on the deck (no fault from application, just how it dried) and Frank made sure he came back to fix it- and even did extra in making sure it was perfected. Can’t recommend enough. Very kind and honest. Frank went out of his way to help meet our timeline. Our house looks SO much better after power washing and staining our deck. It’s almost a 40 year house and now you can’t tell it’s that old. Worth every penny. Highly recommend!!

Frank did a great job cleaning our pool cage, pool deck and pergola. During the first wash he got 95% of all the dirt and algae build up. Because you can’t see everything when the screen is wet, Frank returned two additional times, after the screen dried, to make sure he got every last bit of the algae off the screen. That’s diligence and dedication and shows his pride in his work. Things that seem to be in short supply these days. I’ll be using Frank for all my power washing needs from here on out.

Frank has been a huge help. I hired him first to do a wash of my beach house in Destin. He did a beautiful job and then I hired him again to come back six months later for maintenance. I’ve also recently began using Frank for all types of general handyman type work to ensure the house is top shape. He is proactive and trustworthy. Frank is easy to communicate with and I’m beyond pleased to find someone I can rely on for everything!
