I met the Falcon Design and Construction team from a reference. What a reference!!! The name says it all… you get the benefit of having great interior design along with the knowledge of construction principles. I worked with the team on a property I was selling in the Longwood, FL area. There were a few key traits that I came away with that distinguished this team from others I had worked with. Knowledgeable – I was impressed that my interaction with the team left me thinking I was coming along for an education experience and not just the “this is broken, and this must be fixed” positioning. My overall knowledge of basic construction principles was increased. Communication – I was never left wondering what the next phase of the project was. Clear communication would be part of the hallmark of this company. The technical write-ups left nothing to do with any guesswork. I was always keenly aware of the progress by phone and quick text messages. Timeliness was exactly what I was told without any excuses. Fair Pricing – Rarely have I experienced a scenario where pricing was more than fair. I am extremely satisfied with both the price and the quality of work along with the design ideas. Since I live in Charlotte, NC and the property is located in Longwood, FL my interaction with the Falcon team was from a distance. Trustworthiness of the vendor is paramount, and I was very comfortable working with this team, so the distance issue became negligible. We had Falcon Design and Construction do several projects in our home. Their fees were very reasonable. They had several company’s doing the work we contracted for. All were highly qualified and professional. Joel and Emma were here all the time checking on the progress, making sure the contractors were aware of what was to be done and to check their work to make sure it was what was discussed and up to the highest standard. They made sure the contractors cleaned up the area where they were working. When we did a change order, they were on top of it. They even gave a refund on some material because the material change was less than what the original quote was. Joel and Emma Falcon are very professional. Joel is on top of it and doing it now and Emma is let’s double check what is being done and is it the right thing to do. They compliment each other to get the job down timely and correctly.
