Just had the absolute GREATEST interaction with this man/employee at a stop light. After feeling like I was obligated to let him merge in front of me even though he one, didn’t use his blinker, and two, made no real effort to merge, in an effort to scare me he got as close to my back bumper as possible to the point where he almost hit me. When that wasn’t enough for him he drove up next to me to knock on my window and belittle me/throw an adult temper tantrum. Just an all around great guy. Over a place in line. Yikes. If he’s as bad with his company as he is with his social skills I would steer clear at all costs.

Professional & trustworthy! I have called on SF5 a couple of times regarding my roof, but only once did I actually need to replace my roof. The product was high quality and the process was easy. I trust Jake and appreciate that he doesn’t push a service I don’t need.

We’ve used Jake and his team at SF5 to reshingle our home twice over the years and I couldn’t be happier. He is personable, attentive and has a keen eye for detail. During the last major storm, we had neighbors with roofs of similar age installed by competitors, whose shingles were peeled back or ripped off by high winds causing water damage to their interiors. Ours was solid as a rock! Jake stands behind his work and was quick to call after the storm to make sure ours held up as expected. Additionally, we had several neighbors come by the house wanting to know who did our roof because it held up so well compared to theirs. As for pricing, Jake is very competitive and his team worked tirelessly with the insurance company to make sure the adjustors fairly compensated us for the damage that needed repair. He’s definitely the right guy for the job!

Great job including evaluation and improvement of attic ventilation (roof will last longer and more efficient cooling). Everything done on time and excellent clean up. Others I know who used them had the same experience!

Jake and his team took care of my roof/fence/gutters, etc., and did a wonderful job of communicating WHEN projects would be done, which has been my complaint with other construction teams in the past. I’m excited to have a team worthy of repeat business, finally! Thanks SF5!
