The only good thing about this place I would say is Greg the sales person he is amazing. Any questions concerns I had he always got back to me. My husband and I did a carport renovation last year 2023 with them which cost me almost $13,000. To keep water out of our carport when it rained. Which is why we decided to do this project in the first place. There was multiple issues with sealing so water would not come into my carport. Also the person that did most of the job was very sloppy and a few times someone had so come out to correct his mistakes. Just recently one of the door knobs and lock started acting wonky so I called them last month because they warranty their work for a year. I got a call a month later about the matter which quite frankly is nothing other than insulting. Customer service besides Greg is atrocious. It’s very frustrating this company came highly recommended by my clients. I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could have saved the trouble and gone with someone else I would have.

We contacted Lake Square Aluminum for a replacement screen door for our garage working with Jay. The quote came in two days and the new doors were installed this week. They look and work great and I have to compliment the installers on the work they did because the doors work and fit perfectly. They made sure that the doors were fitted exactly and the door sweeps were adjusted to allow easy opening, closing and sealing so that any critters or lawn clippings and leaves can’t get in. We’ll definitely call Lake Square again for whatever they can provide.

Had a small leak on my mobile home. Lake Square Aluminum came out in the poring rain and located the problem. We set a date for them to fix it but they had an opening and came earlier. The work was excellent and I no longer have a leak

I am so grateful to Lake Square Aluminum and to Pat for the wonderful job they did installing our lanai windows. One time I needed an aluminum pipe to be cut that did not come from them. I wanted to pay them if they were willing to do it but Pat was so kind and very carefully did the cuts and would not take any money for it. They really believe in paying it forward and I want to thank them so much.

Old-fashioned customer service. We had screening & a roof added to an large existing patio. The guys did what initially appeared to be a very good job, but the first rainstorm showed water flowing backwards under the roof overhang onto the screening & the patio floor. The first attempt to fix it didn’t work. I thought I was going to have a big problem because we had already paid in full. Working with Jay, we came up with a solution. Jay said he was “committed to doing the job right”. I didn’t have any sleepless nights. Have since recommended Lake Square to several neighbors. Lanai looks great, great price, and great service. Let Lake Square give you a quote for your job.

Billy came by to assess a roof leak. He surmised that it only needed caulking, took care of it and charged me nothing. He was professional and courteous and I am grateful for his help.
