Super responsive. Our Project Manager, Dan, handled the few hiccups in the project and kept things moving. We love our new shower and the recommendations from Dan and Martel really made a big improvement to our plan. We went from a tiny shower and impractical tub, to a roomy shower and could not be happier.

Pm told me, that the wall we wanted to remove was not load bearing, so I had a engineer come out and do an inspection, because we had a hunch that he was wrong, sure enough. It was load bering. The pm even told me that I could remove it myself and that he was 99 percent positive, it wasn’t a load bearing wall, imagine what could have gone wrong!. Be careful. You don’t want to lose your investment.

We had a very difficult time with Tridel doing a kitchen remodel and changing our downstairs floors. They began work without ever finalizing a plan with us and it was a downward spiral since. They blamed that on someone who left the company but why didn’t the newly assigned project manager review it with us? Communication with our project manager was very difficult. We couldn’t text more than one question at a time or he will just respond to one and ignore all of the rest. Sometimes he didn’t respond at all. We paid for custom cabinetry and had all kinds of problems because the project manager did not communicate well with the cabinet supplier. Our appliance measurements were given but the fridge and microwave did not fit. Numerous issues with electrical outlets not being in the right places for the appliances or not having the right kind of outlet installed at all. We asked for an outlet to be installed in the side of the island but the project manager did not communicate this to the countertop fabricator and it was too late to add it when he remembered. The project manager provided bad measurements for the kitchen backsplash and floors causing us to have far more material than we would ever need. Huge waste of money when they could have just taken the time to measure properly. They installed new lighting above the island and messed up the positioning based on the project managers suggestion. After getting it in the right spot they patched the holes from the bad spots, textured the ceiling but then refused to paint the ceiling. So now we need to bring in painters for a few small spots. Very unprofessional. You should fix your mistakes fully, not 80% of it. Once all of the work was finished they refused to clean up all of the mess from the construction, even though the plan says “thorough cleanup”. Very unhappy with this company, mainly it seemed like the project manager was inexperienced and didn’t know what he was doing.

In early 2021 we got several quotes for a Master Bath remodel. We came across Tridel Construction because of all the great reviews we’d seen on the internet. Of all the contractors we met with, Max Prives with Tridel was my favorite. His personality, his ideas, and his overall vibe matched our sensibilities the best. The project price was out of our range last year, as we had an unrealistic idea based on watching home improvement shows on TV. We revisited the idea in March of 2022, and Max came back again, more than happy to provide an updated quote. We signed the contract and everything came out perfect. Max was here every day to check the progress, provide updates and timelines, and continue to share ideas and thoughts as the project went along. All the people he had working with him were efficient, friendly, professional, and an expert at their trade. I really can’t say enough about how beautiful our master bathroom looks. We are so excited to use it every day now. I see why Tridel got such great reviews. We are looking forward to having Max be our designer for our next project, when it’s time to tackle the kitchen. Great experience overall!

Working with Vlad and the Tridel team was such a great experience. They are so different than the other contractors out there. They had a dedicated team that showed up daily. The work was done in the best quality there is. Vlad the project manager who worked with me was in my house daily, he made sure that the job is done right. He reassured me and worked with me through every step of the process. I highly recomant working with Vlad and Tridel construction team.

We contracted with Tridel for a major room addition to the house (Think 3rd bedroom, new pad and covered patio). This is a organization that operates with heart, professionalism and a commitment to quality. The process was exceptional. From the very beginning Jack explained the sequence, the timing, what would occur when and what costs would be extra. It is obvious that Tridel only takes on a predictable number of projects to maintain their own internal standards. After we first came up with the design documents, Jack and team actually proposed something different in the layout plans which was equivalent in terms of intent. Although this was very different than we had originally discussed, it turned out to be a better option and one that I had not thought of (we went with that suggestion), design service above and beyond is my point here. Be aware that this project included partial demolition, HVAC, electrical, concrete, framing, roofing and much more, Tridel is adept at all levels of work, a retrofit such as this was not a trival task. The result was incredible down to the matching of the paint. In any large scale project, there will be minor hiccups – but in this case they were few and far between. Each interaction we had, each step of the way was professional. Ongoing communication was clear, and the workers (on staff, office and subs) were all just plain fun to work with. I did have a few minor change requests (“Hey, can your guys put in new carpet for the adjoining room?”, “Hey can your guys add a few doors that need replacing?”) which Tridel did for a nominal extra cost. Like I said, above and beyond. Look, when you enter into a project like this, you want trust, communication and a true partner who knows what the ins and outs are. Don’t hesitate, just be glad if you become a part of the 2022 and beyond portfolio of projects that Tridel takes on. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE!!!! I have never seen a company pretend to be so surprised that things are not progressing well, and at the same time, so willing to give out empty promises. It’s amazing how they continually don’t show up to work, even for a full day. If it wasn’t for the city inspectors and myself pointing out poor work, I’m afraid of what a mess this place would be. They had a great song and dance at first, but it’s only been downhill from there. Even though they are actively working on our home, it literally took them four business days to return my calls. Today they are at it again with the empty promises. Yesterday, we were told by both Sasha (Manager) and Tibor (An Owner) that people would be here at 7 am to work on painting, grout, and texture. Nearly three hours later – nobody had shown up, and the office had yet to explain what’s going on via a simple email or call. Finally spoke to Sasha and was told someone would be here at 1 pm. At 4:23 pm still, nobody was here. Yet another prime example of how they operate. On top of that, they came back and asked if we moved a couch so they could work, but it was the first time it was brought up! On top of that, said couch would only impact one of the three teams that were supposed to be onsite today! As this project inches towards completion, I will be adding more details and photos.

My wife and I decided to update our new home in March. This project included a kitchen remodel, new interior paint, new flooring, minor touch ups in the bathroom, new paint on all the cabinets, new lighting and hardware. After some research and interviews with different contractors, we decided to hire Tridel Construction company. They were very punctual in meeting with us and the project manager assigned to us was Max. From our first interaction with Max, my wife and I felt very comfortable and confident with our choice. Max was very professional about explaining the steps of the remodel and the contract to us. The whole project took about two and a half months as he had promised. Of course along the way there were some minor hiccups as expected. However whenever things weren’t satisfactory, Max was always easily accessible and available. He made sure every little thing we were not happy with was immediately taken care of. He spent a lot of his personal time with us to make sure this journey went as smooth as possible. He even went shopping with us for building materials late afternoons on many occasions. In the end when our project was finished, it ended up nearly perfect and on budget. When we first met Max, we started a business relationship together, but now we’re very proud to call him a friend. If you’re out there looking for a good reputable construction company that addresses all your needs, do yourself a favor and give Tridel a chance before hiring anybody else. Had a great meeting Andrea. We spent about an hour reviewing the 2 jobs we wanted done (Remodeling a master bath and a loft addition). This was on December 28, 2020. I haven’t heard one word from the company since. Just another bad contractor who must feel they are so busy the could careless about your business. Imagine a contractor who really wanted your business? I will not recommend a company who forgets about you.
