On 1/25/2024 Orlando Diaz, the owner of this company, asked me to let him charge $8781.07 on my credit card because he had a job to do to purchase the supplies and that he would pay me back within thirty days. Last time I heard from him was 3/12/2024 and he said he would pay me back that weekend. I have not heard from or seen him since. His voicemail is always full. So, he scammed me out of that money. I am 85 years old. I wonder how many more senior citizens he scammed. I have known him and his family for over thirty years.

Orlando’s company did a full gut and remodel on my kitchen and guest bathroom, laid new flooring throughout the entire home, painted entire house, opened up the kitchen wall, put in recessed lighting, filled in walls and updated the fireplace wall for a more modern look. I am thoroughly pleased with the results. Our kitchen looks like something out of a magazine. All the products used are very good quality and look high-end. Orlando went above and beyond to meet our needs and he exceeded them with the quality of work and professionalism. He listened to our wants and made sure to meet them. He is very good at communicating and keeping you in the loop on the progress of the project. I have known Orlando for quite some time and he is truly a genuine, caring and professional contractor and it shows in the work he provides. I have already referred his name to neighbors and family and will continue to refer him to those that need work done on their home.

Orlando and his crew did an amazing job getting my property restored after a leak caused severe water damage, and my entire floor had to be replaced. They got the job done quickly, and were always responsive when I needed them. Great work. I highly recommend them.

I recently had my entire downstairs and partial upstairs redone and I am so happy with how it turned out. This included new flooring, baseboards, paint, and scraping the popcorn ceiling and install of recessed lighting.. Orlando and his crew were timely, very communicative, and got everything done that I asked for. I’ve attached photos for review

One word to describe Professional Contracting Services, LLC – EXCELLENT! I recently had my kitchen done by Orlando’s company, they did such an excellent job that I have no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have works done in their house. The crews were very professional, courteous and accommodating. They cleaned up at the end of each day’s work. They don’t make you feel that you are a nuisance when you ask them questions or to do something. Not only that, the price is very reasonable. In short. you cannot go wrong using their services.

I contracted them to fabricate and install two fences to close in my backyard. They gave me the best price of anyone I called and finished the job sooner than the time frame they gave me. The gates look terrific and I will not hesitate to use them in the future. Outstanding service and professionalism.
