Banners construction is the team I turn to when I have a big job or a difficult job that no one else will touch or that requires a high level of expertise. I have worked with owner Andrew and his team on two houses and at least 6 projects and their craftsmanship is absolutely impeccable, executed professionally, on time and on budget. They have installed custom French doors, rescued a rotting porch, rebuilt and added stone veneer to my falling down 2 story 100 yr old stucco English cottage and rebuilt the entire back end of my house. What I appreciate most about this builder is that they are creative problem-solvers, transparent and fair in job estimates, excellent communicators, and every team member is respectful and professional. Anyone who loves old houses knows how valuable and rare highly skilled, trustworthy contractor are. Andrew Banner is one of those rare contractors

Banner’s Construction did an incredible job finishing my unfinished basement from scratch. From the first time I reached out, they were responsive, professional, and fairly priced– even giving me multiple estimates to make sure the balance between budget and product was just right. Their crew had great communication about when they’d be arriving/leaving each day, which helped me manage my pets. Their conscientiousness and attention to detail really stood out– every time I had a question or noticed an issue, they had already noted it and had a plan ready to go. They found creative solutions to maximize weird-shaped spaces. And of course, the end result is fantastic! I added tons of square footage of living space that looks just as inviting and professional as the rest of the home. I’ll absolutely be calling them again for the next project!
