Heads up to anyone thinking about a bathroom refresh. We did lots of research about local contractors and received four estimates. We had a set budget and three of the four companies were fairly close. The fourth business, McLennan Contractors, led us to believe that they could also meet our budget. Their designer visited, we discussed ideas, etc. She explained that her charges would be separate. What a total surprise to receive a formal estimate twice our budget, plus a very hefty charge for her service of creating an estimate. This local company seems to have many positive reviews, but I will tell you, we will not be using them.

We can’t say enough about McLennan Contracting. From the start, it was obvious that Tim had great knowledge and expertise. As the project progressed, we found that he had built a great team for his company and used the best sub contractors from the area. Every detail of their work had to be to both, their satisfaction and ours. It was a pleasure to work with all. Our kitchen refresh went smoothly from start to finish. We got design help, product selection and a beautiful kitchen all within our budget and on time! We will definitely use them for future projects.

When you first meet with McLennan contracting you will meet Clair at the front desk, and then work with Caryn (the conception and design lead) to Marsha ( budget and schedules) you will come to realize that your journey has begun. We have used McLennan Contracting for over 15 years for all our building projects: Kitchen remodeling and then 2nd upgrade, replacement of all doors and windows, addition of solar operated skylights, additional insulation in attic and redo attic storage area.. Our latest project: the installation of an art studio in our basement was another oustanding project by them. From the lead carpenter (Ryan ) and his associate (Robbie) to the subs: HVAC (James), electrician (Mike), dry waller (John), and Radon ameliorators were all prompt and polite, very clean and respectful. Always concerned about our wants and ideas for the project. While many projects seem daunting, ours was very nonstressful and done within the timeline and budget. And it turned out looking beautiful. We do not let anyone work on our house except McLennan contracting. Thanks, they have made our lives better! Bob and Connie McKane Lititz

We are so pleased with Mclennan, We had flood damage and they were able to come into our house and finish our basement. We never thought it would look this good! They were professional and courteous and I will recommend them to anyone!

McLennan Contracting is an A#1 5-Stars organization. Tim and the team deliver each and every time. This was our second project with McLennan and it will not be our last. Other contractors talk a good game, but then they come in with delays, excuses and cost-overruns. That is NOT (and I can expect will NEVER) be the case with McLennan. They deliver the job, right, the first time, and do so with excellent quality and value. If you are lucky enough to get Tim and his team on your project then do so!

We worked with McLennan for a large kitchen renovation and were very pleased that we chose them to help us achieve our kitchen goals! We knew exactly what we wanted, but the project was very large scale and we could not have done it on our own. They were able to help us choose the materials and guide us along every step of the way. With a few minor speed bumps, NOT to the fault of McLennan, things were addressed and fixed with the utmost priority and our kitchen was still finished within a great timeline, and exactly how we imagined it to be. Communication is key with McLennan and that was very important to us! We will most definitely use McLennan if we have any other future home projects.
