Pavilion Construction (headquartered in Lake Oswego, Oregon) is several months behind on a project for senior housing in Puyallup, WA. At every step of the way they have appeared incompetent and unprepared for the project. They are currently in the process of determining upgrades and have offered limited choices at high prices, and again are way behind in the process. They were supposed to have finished construction on August 23, 2022, and they don’t even have the roof complete by August 20th. It looks like they will be at least four months behind, and they could end up as much as six months behind at the rate they’re going. They might say it’s because of COVID, but other large construction projects in this area started about the same time and are now completed. If you are considering them for a project, be careful and research them in depth. I would suggest looking elsewhere. Update as of June 6, 2023: This construction project is still not completed. The lengthy delay has cost the future residents thousands of dollars and many significant inconveniences. It looks like this project will finish more than a year behind schedule. Definitely look elsewhere for a construction company. Update as of Dec. 5, 2023: This project is still not complete. It looks like we may be able to occupy this building in January or February of 2024. Yikes! That’s a year-and-a-half past the promised completion date. This company has been a disaster. Update as of Feb. 13, 2024. The building is still not complete and items from over a year ago remain on their punch list. Wow. What a huge disappointment. At this time there is no prediction of a completion date. It is over a year-and-a-half past due.

Pavilion is a great company with an inclusive, welcoming culture. The way they conduct business is transparent and they always follow through on commitments made. I would recommend them based on their people, work, and integrity.

This company doesn’t know how to properly talk and conduct proper inside trailer discussions. They can work on it real well. I’ve taken all proper measures to distance myself from these people they’ve affected my company in many ways as well as my own personal health which is a threat.. Thank You Google You are the most kind.

Pavilion Construction is an amazing place to work. I have worked for Pavilion for almost 2 years. The owners give every employee the best opportunity to grow, learn and develop in their careers while providing them support and guidance along the way. The owners are incredibly generous and make coming to work enjoyable.

Pavilion Construction is not a good community company. They are currently building an apartment across the street from my house. They are constantly working outside the construction hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM making loud noise. Our street is littered with garbage from the construction materials and workers taking breaks and throwing trash and cig. butts on the ground. In 6 months they have only cleaned the street once. They also do not maintain their erosion control devices. Do not hire this company.
