When we bought the 1978 home, I had an inspector check out everything so that we would not be buying a complete fixer upper. He missed the fact that there were no support piers on either the west or east side of the house. I was concerned about squeaks in mom’s floor boards, so I called Quad County and Harry came out. He had good news and bad news. It was the bad news that was going to cost us money. If we did not invest in ten piers on each side we could be looking at a collapse any time in the future. Lucky I called Quad. The team that came to our house to place 20 new piers and lock hacks on all new and existing piers, were fantastic! They were so respectful of my mother and made darn sure they didn’t let the cats out. They did a ton of work in two days and we are in a better place if confidence and safety now. Thanks guys!

Frankly, one star is too high. I have to say that this company is far from professional. They have no ethical threshold, and will do anything at any cost to get their payment, including visiting a customer while they are in the hospital. This man had the audacity to try getting the credit card out of their personal belongings while the customer was in their final moments dying of cancer in the ICU. We assured them that they would be paid for their services once we got the lay of the land, but they continued to harass us and put a lien on the property.

I Posted a bad review because we had a hiccup with Quad County. Quad county did rectify the problem, quite fast, and did a professional job on the work provided on my mobile home. and I and my wife are quite satisfied with their work, and there top notch Work crew. and do recommend them for mobile home work. Here we are a year or so later and I am not happy with Quad again. They were to come to do some inspection work today 2/14/22 and the owners son was to come out. After not hearing anything 2 hours after the appointment time I had to call to see why he was not here. I was told by the office girl he would be calling me right away and 1 hr later he calls me with the so called reason why he wasn’t here which I did not believe. So now he is coming some time before 5pm and my appointment was from 9 am to 11am if he even shows up. I would have nothing to do with them except I have no choice until my warranty with them runs out. We are having more work done to our house but it will not be done by Quad.
