With the help of Niebuhr Plumbing and Earley Drywall, Rivers Edge Remodels was able to take an unsafe, difficult space and turn it into a beautiful, functional closet. Cody was always on time, and I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with him.

We hired Rivers Edge Remodels to finish our basement. Cody generaled the project for us, and he was professional, friendly, communicated well with all parties, and hired good subcontractors. The pricing was reasonable, and the time frame was as expected. The result is beautiful and exactly what we envisioned. It was a pleasure to work with both Cody and Jake from start to finish, and we wouldn’t hesitate to hire them for future projects.

I had Cody come and inspect my roof and he said I should be able to get a couple more years out it. He also sealed up a couple of roof vents! I would highly recommend hiring Rivers Edge Remodels!!

My daughter had the opportunity to purchase a 1914 home that was in process of being renovated by Rivers Edge Remodeling. It was a large project including new electrical, plumbing, drywall, new roof, all new finishings. She was able to chose the finishings for the home including flooring, trim, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, appliances, sinks, fixtures, shower tile and enclosure, lighting fixtures, exterior paint, hardware and many other details. It really made the home her own and Cody was very accommodating with us and working with all the various subcontractors. The end result was an amazing transformation of the home into an open concept main level and yet maintaining the character of the period the home was originally built.

Rivers Edge replaced my roof a few years ago. They have a great crew of guys. They had my new roof on in only a couple days. Great job and attention to detail! They also did a great job cleaning up. Couldn’t ask for more!

Cody did a great job on painting my rooms installing a back door and screen. Also put new window in my kitchen. I would recommend them for any remodeling job in the future too.
