I originally met the crew at Keys Top Construction in 2015 when I bought my home in Key West. I put it into the rental pool for a short period, and I formed a relationship with David, Irina, Martin, and the rest of the crew there as they did maintenance work on my house. Then, starting in 2018 my husband and I undertook three significant renovation projects on our property. Each of them was handled professionally and the quality of the work was beyond what we had hoped for. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with all three of these projects. We completely reimagined and rebuilt the outdoor portion of the property in the first two projects, and then did a gut rehab of the main house that totally transformed the property in phase three. If you’re looking for someone to work with that will handle all of the details and let you relax knowing everything is being done properly, Keys Top Construction is the vendor for you.
