I am a licensed insurance agent and RNB Construction is always our first choice. After Hurricane Ida they were able to help every policyholder that we recommended to them in a timely and professional manner. They kept in contact with our team and answered every question we had as well as forwarding estimates and photos of the finished work to us for our claims team. Each of my policyholders that used RNB called to thank us and raved on how amazing their experience was. In the insurance industry after a storm, no one is happy so when you get pleasant call bragging on working with a company you recommended it is a great feeling; I heard stories of their professionalism, about the prompt response and scheduling a date for repair, how the price was so reasonable and the finished product looked amazing, each and every one stated what a relief it was to have someone like the staff at RNB to deal with and how Randy the owner was the absolute greatest. As an agent hearing these stories at anytime is a blessing but at a catastrophic time when no one has a happy thought hearing this positive feed back was wonderful.
