Jose squeezed us in between other jobs while he was in the area. Was polite, personable, and very skilled. He located and repaired a tricky problem on our machine in less than 10 minutes and then took some time to explain to us how to prevent it in the future and extend the life of our machine. Worth far more than every penny and I strongly recommend him.

Joe arrived on time and communicated clearly what was happening with our refrigerator. He worked on the refrigerator until we had a solution. The first time we worked with him, our waterline on our refrigerator had split. He arrived quickly and fixed the problem. We are extremely pleased with his service and professionalism and glad that our home warranty insurance calls him. This is not the first time he has worked on an appliance for us and he will definitely be the person we call should another need arise.
