Clean, Considerate, Contracting Company I was recently driving through Jacksonville and couldn’t help but notice the complete transformation off of Phillip’s Hwy due to the apartments Live Oak Contracting is building. That area was such an eyesore for so many years and a struggling community before and now all I see is beautiful, clean, safe upscale apartments and more progress being made to clean up our city. Thank you for beautifying our city Live Oak! Keep up the good work !

I often visit a friend in the apartments near the construction site on promenade vista st in Charleston SC, and have had many problems with the construction workers there. Litter and trash everywhere, nails in my car tires quite a few times, and just a horrible environment to travel through. I am not sure who is in charge of that project, but they are not qualified to be doing what they are doing there. Even after many complaints, no assistance has been offered to compensate me for replacement tires. Awful workers and a very poor representation of the company they work for!
