Bee Tree completed a kitchen renovation for us along with a fireplace reno and it turned out beautiful. The main project coordinator that we worked with was top notch. She was always accessible and had great ideas and perspective to give us on our plans. We could really reach her anytime so we appreciated that. Even after our remodel was complete, when minor issues did pop up (even a year later), they responded to us quickly and came out to resolve the issue. I really wasn’t expecting that. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is that the project took much longer than originally estimated. There was a worker shortage and this was towards the end of COVID, so that timing wasn’t ideal for us. I’m sure that finding good work has been much easier since our project. Had they have stuck to the timeframe as planned, I would rate them 5 star.

They gladly took a $5,000 design retainer, when I asked to phase the work so we could continue to live there, they refused to proceed, after several weeks of me asking for at least the design I paid for, was told they weren’t architects and could not provide anything but the concept they provided, no electrical, no structural, no mechanical, no plumbing. I asked for a partial credit, and they became defensive.

The entire BeeTree Homes team is amazing! They are able to understand exactly what you are looking for in a residential remodeling project and turn it into reality. Just amazing!
