We are incredibly impressed and thankful for Derek and all the guys at KB Construction. The team is highly skilled with attention to detail, while offering their services at a very reasonable price. We had an exterior wall replaced, including doors, windows, drywall, siding, and trim. We are very pleased with the quality of work and our decision to hire KB Construction. I just had my new kitchen cabinets installed and I am so happy!!! This company was a Godsend…from the very first call, they were immediately responsive, highly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, kind and cost was extremely reasonable for this single woman. Before I was referred to them, it was a horrible experience and everything was not going right, at all. I almost purchased cheaper cabinets and used an inexperienced person but I was steered to the right company, the right owner and the right team. I highly recommend KB Construction Services. Derek’s team at KB Construction Services, LLC worked with The Annex Group on remodeling Indy offices off of Massachusetts Avenue. The team at KB Construction Services was professional, experienced, and worked within a very tight timeline while also effectively troubleshooting any problems that arose while working within the historic building. The project consisted of extensive demo, drywall, electrical, plumbing, soundproofing, painting and more to make for a wonderful working environment for our team. We cannot thank them enough for assisting with our vision and will happily call on them again for future projects within our space and others.

I was SO impressed with the quality of work, cost and attention to detail. Derek and crew were absolutely spot on perfect. I had a bathroom done, floors, trim, light and plug replaced. Bathroom looks amazing, such a high end look. The guys were so personable and nice. Highly recommend! Thank you guys for a fabulous job!
