Inquired online and was given an appointment, nobody showed up. Received a call after the no show to reschedule for same time next day, no show, no call. If this is how DaBella does business, I am not interested. I suggest everyone look somewhere else for your home needs.

I had the south end of the house siding replaced for $9,000. The end edge was left open. When I reported the issue, someone came out and only mashed the end cap down using 3 white screws through the silding to “secure” it. I was told someone would be back to match the screws to the siding. They used a brown paint on tan siding for this fix. The siding still has not been correctly fixed, leaving exposed insulation and vaporbarrier! The same person who is supposed to be “factory trained and their best man” has made 3 attempts to get it right and is now wanting to give a bid to redo the entire house all while not actually doing a proper job. Just for clarification corners are supposed to be at a 90° angle not 140° it is currently, and siding should not be held down with screws.

$2,500 to $3,500 for the most basic sliding window installation. No repair job as an option, only a full replacement. I think the whole sales pitch would have gone on for about an hour and a half if I would have let it but I cut them off at 40 minutes. That was after 30 seconds of measuring and 15 minutes of them going out to their car to “send” those measurements back to their boss. Then 25 minutes of waiting for the “manager” to call back with the bid. Once he saw I was restless he proceeded to give me a quote without ever getting a call back from the”manager” 🤣. They were very nice young 18ish year olds but they were trying to drag their sales presentation and small talk out for eternity trying to build rapport hoping to get the crazy insane sale for a single window. I have a local guy coming out to do that same job for $300 on Monday. Don’t waste your time with these guys for windows. Maybe they’re a better option for roofs or whatever else they do. Definitely not Windows. I also found it funny that they were selling me this amazing durable window that had a 50 year warranty and the demo model the guy brought in from his car was literally broken and cracked because he said he accidentally bumped it the day before 🤣. I couldn’t help it, I actually laughed a little at the irony. I think they just need to work on a better sales pitch that doesn’t seem so sales pitchy and slimy. That’s a pretty tough pitch though because of the steep price. I’m really not sure what you could say to get someone to pull the trigger on that.
