THIS IS NOT THE SAME ONE AS THE UNIQUE IN PORTER, TX! We called them thinking they were the one in Porter but continued to meet them anyway. We had Noah who had a cars salesmen type of attitude. He did every scammer trick in the book. He tried to tell my grandma (who was the one getting work done on her house after a storm) that she needed to sign (and agree to pay an unspecified amount) RIGHT NOW. She wanted to talk to insurance first but he tried to pressure her and had some snarky remarks so bad my mom just got up and left (he did apologize after she walked out though). Anyway, we didn’t sign and it seems like we dodged a bullet.

We had always wanted to add an outdoor kitchen to our backyard. We had a small space but a big vision and Unique Builders were able to make it a reality. We were very particular going in on the design and they made it all work in our small space. Project did not take long and the crew were extremely professional. Thank you Eric & Eli!

I am very pleased with Unique Builders, Ronen ( Project Manager), and his team are professional, respectful, and did an excellent job on remodeling my kitchen and my master bathroom. I found them theu Houzz website. Originally, I only had 2 projects, and when I saw the transformation of my place and how good and efficient their team are, I kept adding more projects. My first floor is completely remodeled and beautiful , and it turns out to be a modern house and not 70’s old house. I picked the Unique Builder out of two other contractors after interviewing Ronen first and Ana second, who is the designer. There was never an issue with communication at all. I can text them anytime and get an immediate response.Most of all, I trust their workers. I was out of town for a week, and nothing was missing. Instead, I see only progress taken place in my kitchen. It is very important to hire a contractor that you can trust.

Had them out to give me a quote on a patio cover. They wanted $2,000 for the design of an aluminum patio cover. There was no mention of this when I scheduled the free quote. I was given a ballpark price from the sales guy and said he would call me the next day to discuss. This was on 5/14 and I never heard back. I’m assuming it’s because I didn’t give him the 2K. Before he left we discussed payment opinions and I let him know I will be paying cash. He said I should consider financing because “Even my rich customers finance”. This seems like a great sales strategy.

In our initial meeting with the Unique Builder (UB) Designer, Ronen Klinghoffer, to remodel our master bathroom, we identified a ‘wowable’ solution as one that we wanted…..and it’s exactly what we got upon project completion! We initially interviewed 4 different vendors and went with UB because Ronen’s design was more aligned with the result we wanted to achieve and the quality of work and customer reviews were mostly very positive. Now that the remodel is complete, we find ourselves enjoying it more than we had hoped and like it more each day that we use it. We showed our remodel results to two neighbors so far and both said ‘WOW’ in awe (unsolicited!) when they walked into the bathroom, shower and closet. One of our main design objectives has been met! The entire UB team we worked with was stellar: Ronen (Design/Project/Mgmt), Anna (Design/Material Selection) and Alex (subcontractor supervisor). UB has a showroom which made it very easy to pick material and avoid all the shopping at various stores—and their relationship with Moore Supply (with Emily and Allyson) made it easy to accommodate plumbing and bathroom fixtures. It was greatly appreciated when Alex made us aware that we had enough quartz left over to replace an outdated formica top in the laundry room. We achieved a master bath remodel and updates to two additional rooms in approximately 12 weeks within budget and on-time. The quality of the work is exceptional, especially the tile and flooring, and the attention to detail can be seen throughout! We’d highly recommend anyone to consider this UB team for their home remodels!
