Home owners BEWARE!!!! Do NOT use OMEGA!! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Workers drinking on job!! Horrific job done by drunks! Terrible quality of materials used!! I regret using them!! It has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE! Now I’m requesting a warranty and getting the runaround!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Owner and sales person VERY RUDE…AFTER THEY GOT MY MONEY!!! I REGRET EVER USING THIS INFERIOR COMPANY!!! Update: THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A WARRANTY!!!!!!

Finding honest, caring and friendly workers is hard in times like this. I just had them install siding on my home and am very impressed with the detail and quality of work. I am disabled and wanted to thank them for the job they preformed.

Took alot longer to get things done had to correct things many times. Person we talked to never showed up the day workers started to say we are here. All workers spoke Spanish and I don’t so was hard when things were not being done that was in contract. Still waiting on gutter guards Richard never gave answers and never answered my husband at all only me never again so far siding is good and gutters still standing hope to get the guards tomorrow. Read the reviews wish I did better.

Just went through 59 mph wind gusts from Tropical storm Ian. The siding installed by Omega this summer made it with zero damage. So very happy we chose Omega.

Man I been trying for 3years to get these guys to fix a brand new roof they installed that has been leaking since they installed it. Keep getting the run around and at this point I will have to pay someone else to fix a new roof that cost me over 12grand. They have come across a few times to fix it but it’s still leaking and now I can’t get a response. Just saying don’t give these people your money you will be sorry!!!!!

Every day is another excuse, after we chase them down, as to why this “2 or 3 day project,” will not be started…again. They finished our roof in 1 day, it’s beautiful, but it was done weeks ago. At this rate we may need another roof before our siding is started.

Great experience , professional attitude and quality work. Omega Vinyl restored my faith in the professional trades industry and I was flabbergasted to find out they do much more than just vinyl siding. In fact I’ve just signed a contract with Omega again to come back next month to build a long awaited DETACHED mother in law suite on the very back of my property. I absolutely can’t wait ! Thank you Omega

I have waited a long time to post this review in the hopes of allowing them, and Rick Pepper, to correct their mistakes. BE CAREFUL WHAT JOBS YOU HIRE THEM FOR. I had 3 jobs done by this company. The window install (2014) went so well, I rehired them for gutters(2016). That went well. I then hired them to install a patio roof (2016) to be later enclosed in. This is where it gets tragic. Today I sit under a leaky roof. The posts used for support were not braced and twisted, the knee wall isn’t straight, the entire roof is not square. The worst part is that I received empty promises from Mr. Pepper via phone to rectify these issues, until one day they just quit answering my calls. I have sent messages, photos, voice mails…all to no avail. I will not ever use them again.
