***AVOID at ALL COSTS*** “Manny” knocked on my door in the middle of the day and pointed out my bottom stair corner that had cracked off, showed me pictures and told me he could fix it. When I asked for price he then said he needed to all of the stairs with porcelain to match the color. I asked for references, he did not provide. He caught me at the right time as I was currently seeking quotes on this very job. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON. His work was sloppy at best, and when I pointed out drip marks while he was still finishing, he seemed perturbed but did redo it (basically re-brushed it). He was a fast talker and a con artist. He advised let it dry. Which I did, the next day I called him and texted, he would reply to my text messages and said he will come back and fix it. Now his phone is off or has me blocked. Be very careful in dealing with this man, he will try to upsell you, for example, he wanted to do my driveway as well and the entire front walk way. I declined. He also does not take check, Venmo, PayPal or any other money app. Only cash. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. I was able to scrape, sand and finish to a better quality but this was his end result.

DO NOT HIRE! My grandmother had her steps redone and repaired by this guy name “manny” who he upsold her to redo the whole front steps when it was only two steps that needed work.. the steps cracked and contacted him to come back and repair it.. all I got back was excuses and I’m blocked from messages and calls to speak about this. He took advantage of a elderly person who had limited knowledge on things like this.. and lied to her on not having a permit to do work when it was needed, so to save your troubles, and find someone else to do your concrete or landscaping needs.. I will post the convos to show the customer service I was provided by him to get this fixed..
