After a few malfunctioning garage door hinges we noticed that a torsion spring was damaged. RCS Garage Door Hercules serviced the garage door for the previous owners, and I’ve always been able to spot their logos. The positive reviews were comforting and replacement costs are clearly stated on their website. I booked my appointment online and then the next day received a call to confirm. The technician arrived at the time and date given to swiftly and professionally replace the springs. The company’s truck was clean and well-maintained. A uniform was on display. They also addressed any additional questions I had regarding my garage door. It was a smooth transaction. I’d suggest a more efficient method of paying with a credit card, so that the techs do not have to write in the details. A system such as tappers or squares could be ideal and help make the process faster. It’s a minor thing, but I’ll be using RCS Garage Door Hercules again and will recommend the service to anyone. I didn’t take a photo of the broken spring however the new springs appear solid and the door functionality is a lot smoother. Thanks!
