Patrick Suttle, founder of Suttle Construction, created my home more beautiful than I could have imagined. He listened to what I had envisioned and turned it into a reality. Patrick has a unique ability; he listens to his clients, and he also helps them by explaining how it will all come together. He works with incredibly skilled craftsmen that take what is on a blueprint and turned into my dream home. He also worked with me when I wanted to make a few “changes”. Patrick was an absolute pleasure to work with and if I ever decided to build a home, Suttle Construction and Patrick would be the only company I would work with because I knew Patrick would take care of everything. If you are thinking about building a home, you owe it to yourself to meet Patrick. He will take the stress that comes along with building a home, much less stressful. You home will be more beautiful that you thought it would be and it will be well built!

Suttle Construction built our home in 2019 and we would definitely choose them again if we were to build another home in the area. The owner, Patrick Suttle, spent countless hours with us before he gave us a detailed cost estimate and agreement to sign to build our home. Patrick was on site to oversee the construction throughout the home building process to ensure our home was built to our specifications. Patrick and his whole team were great to work with, and very professional. There were several contractors involved in the overall construction and Patrick made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing. Building approvals of construction steps were coordinated in a timely fashion. Patrick was able to work with us on adhering to our budget and providing us suggestions and options. The various contractors showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the steps of construction in a timely fashion. They were not only professional at what they did but also reliable and dependable. Standards of construction were met. Patrick followed up with us every step of the way and very patiently answered our questions. We continue to be very happy with our home construction.

There are not enough positive words to describe our experience working with Patrick and his team. But, we will list a few that immediately come to mind. Integrity, professional, dedicated, meticulous, honest, knowledgeable, flexible, creative, man of his word, strong in his faith. After terminating our first builder we met with Patrick. It only took 10 minutes for us to decide Patrick was the right man for the project. Patrick truly made our dream a reality. We consider him a friend for life. My wife and I had a great experience with Patrick and Suttle Construction building our first custom home. Patrick was helpful every step of the way from design to move-in. He is always quick to answer any questions and great at catching any issues or potential issues ahead of time. He genuinely cares for his customers and works hard to make quality homes. We would definitely recommend Suttle Construction to anyone and already have to many of our friends considering building!

We bought a new construction home from Suttle Construction in 2011 and recently put the home up for sale only to find that the buyers home inspection discovered structural issues. When I brought it to the attention of the owner of Suttle Construction and asked that he stand behind his work – he explained that my home warranty expired after 1 year and offered the name of supply stores where I could buy materials needed for the repairs. Clearly if it did not pass a home inspection in 2017, it never should have passed a home inspection in 2011 – especially when you are talking about structural issues. I am perusing the issue through other channels but wanted to share my experience so that others who may have bought a home from them could look into possible issues they may be unaware of OR if someone is considering buying a home from them – I would recommend going in another direction. Our experience has not been pleasant.

While looking for a home to buy, we were turned on to building as we were wanting to put our own touch on everything. Patrick and Wendy were absolutely amazing in the whole process. They helped walk us through everything and any time we felt something needed to be changed, Patrick was on the phone making it happen. Patrick and his team built us our “growing old” home and we recommend him to everyone who is the market to build.
