I don’t believe any of the other reviews at all. Our job has now been going for over a year and the home is still uninhabitable despite it being a fairly straightforward job. We were promised the work would be completed in 3 months (should have been done in Dec 2022). It is now October of 2023 and the permit is ready to expire. We had to hire an electrician to finish the work that was already paid for through Dan Mione. We also had to hire another contractor to complete the rest of the job, despite having already paid Dan for 100% of the job. Dan was unresponsive and even took international trips while saying that he didn’t have enough manpower to finish the job. The truth is that he wasn’t paying his subcontractors and so they were refusing to finish the job. Unfortunately, the job that was done was also shoddy at best. The flooring is uneven and breaking. The ‘access panels for the plumbing are permanent fixtures that will need to be completely ripped out if there is a plumbing emergency. We are now pursuing legal action.
