They build a beautiful home but after they cash your check they do not follow through with fixing the normal things that are to be expected with a new build. They will promise to take care of it but never do. All my other neighbors have the same experience and are just as frustrated. So don’t buy his house unless you are willing to do all the repairs yourself.

It’s not everyday I can say I received both Quality and Value in a purchase, of any kind. But, this new construction home from Denver Tippit is both. And I’m simply ecstatic. Martin was very professional, even spending a lot of time going over every single part of my home when I finally got the keys. I received the royal carpet treatment from Denver and his crew. And I couldn’t be more thankful. I’m loving my new home. God Bless!

We love our tippit home in 3 creeks. We have had a few warranty issues and they were all addressed to our satisfaction. Martin is excellent but relies on if subcontractors like all builders. But we could always get him to respond and he was respectful.

The absolute worst builder to do business with. Extremely poor and shoddy workmanship. Do not fix things correctly and after 4 and 5 attempts it is still not done correctly. They get their money and say they will fix it. We moved into our home in November 2022 and it is now April, 2023 and are still waiting for things to be fixed correctly. So many things are wrong but all they (Tippits) care about is their pockets. Our next step is a lawyer and taking them to court. I would advise anybody that is purchasing a home to deal with another home builder because you will have nothing but headaches. I would not even give them one star but wouldn’t let me post if at least one star was selected.

My home is two months old and I have had crazy problems with the sprinkler system Thry tell me I can’t prove that they did a bad job but I can . Just don’t do business with them

Poor workmanship. Unprofessional. Uncommunicative and Unreliable. Very dishonest. They make promises that they don’t keep and disappear as soon as they get their money. They don’t care about the customer. Save yourself the trouble and use someone else
