We always call S & K Construction for all of our house repairs & updates that we do not feel comfortable doing or have the time to do ourselves … Shawn does an excellent job from the beginning until the end of the project … He’s receptive to new ideas, and can handle the audible when the time comes for revisions to the original plan … Shawn is a true professional, and takes pride & ownership in his work … That’s why we continue to pay for his services.

We have been using Shawn of S & K construction for over three years. We specialize in renovating older homes, which is sometimes not easy to find a skilled contractor for. Shawn is brilliant at the smallest of a jobs like reframing a door, or the largest of jobs like a full kitchen, bathroom, or even an entire floor renovation. We find his rates to be industry, standard, very reasonable, and he goes above and beyond to always do every job accurately without cutting any corners. I will add a couple of photos, but we have so many pictures of his work hard to know where to start!
