We recommend DesertShade Structures, but you have to initiate communication throughout the project. Todd was great to work with. Honest, straightforward, no nickel and diming & professional. We had a few things break, and we had to contact them several times to get items fixed when it was only a month old. Still awaiting a short to be repaired after more than a month has gone by since we reported it. They’re finally coming next week. Waiting for the schedule to open up is expected, but getting ON their schedule, or talking with anyone for an idea of timing would be great. New products can have issues, and that is fine too, but we continue to be frustrated with the lack of effort to communicate and update us on their end. Their Product offerings are high-quality, & Outdoor Elements products are spectacular! Beautiful and durable for the AZ weather long term.

Fantastic experience with Desert Shade. Todd, the owner, had great recommendations for us and worked diligently to get the permits in place. Was upfront and professional at the pricing and design stage. Great communication throughout the process and the installation crew was awesome and professional as well. Quality product and install. Had a new roof put on our existing pergola. The quote was fair and work scheduled ASAP. The crew was clean, timely, and professional! Highly recommended Desert Shade for any project you might have.

I had Desert Shade Structures build a huge 450 square foot pergola, just finished last week. I highly recommend this company! Todd, the owner, gave us the bid, and he made certain that we were getting all we were wanting in the structure. All prices were clearly spelled out, and there were no surprises. Ty was the foreman on the build, and he was very friendly and efficient. The crew was respectful and courteous as well, and were very good at cleaning up after themselves. The quality of the build and structure is first rate, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Kudos!

I highly recommend Desert Shade Structures, and I am completely satisfied with my new pergola. They were extremely patient while I sorted out approval with my HOA, and literally had it installed and completed the day after I received approval. The entire process was amazing, and they have an outstanding team! I cannot think of anything they could have done better, and it was a great experience! Thank you again!!!

Great company to deal with from the office staff to the “hands-on” owner. Very responsive via phone, and an immediate visit to quote my project. Once materials were in hand, construction of my ramada took less than 3 hours. Whole-heartedly recommend. They will not disappoint.
