We had a fantastic experience using Benson’s’s Rug Cleaning. We had another well known rug cleaner come to our house to clean our large area rug. They quoted a very high price and weren’t sure that they could get the stain out. I called the store where I bought our rug and they recommended Benson’s’s. They came and picked the rug up and assured me that it would be ok. Their price was very fair and the stain came out completely. Both Keith, the owner, and his son were a pleasure to do business with. They are very professional, honest and were prompt in getting the job done. I highly recommend them!

Best in south Florida! Fast and reliable! Workers are professional and always helpful. I’ve been to other cleaners and none of them come out cleaner than Benson rugs !!!

The first rug they cleaned was done wonderfully. The company said in advance that they do not promise to get all stains out. However, the second rug we brought in looked about the same as when we brought it in. So we paid $250 for nothing. Nice people but not happy with them.

I recently had a very expensive Kravet rug cleaned by Benson Rugs. It is a very light 2 tone color. It had a pet stain on it that we were unable to remove, as well as just general traffic wear and tear. They were able to remove all stains and dirt. I really didn’t believe they could return it to look new, but they did. I highly recommend.

They had my rug since the 29th and today is the 22nd. I was told it would take 2 weeks max, and now we are a week over!

Excellent job on rug.. Very Happy with that. As far as customer service, SOMEONE NEEDS to correct their attitude when dealing with customers.

We have a puppy; need I say more? He chewed the edges of our custom made contemporary rug and dragged dirt into all of the carpeted rooms. Then there were the potty stains. We tried using a National company; they came out twice & the stains reappeared the next day. Both times. We got Benson’s name from the company that made the rug. Not only were the people we worked with great, the carpets look like new. We were so afraid we’d have to throw out the rug; they saved the rug (and the dog). The BEST results we ever had. Highly recommend!
