Look and listen: We are transplants and bought a massive fixer upper. The house was wicked ugly and we really thought it was going to take a lot of patience and contractors to get everything done. We met with a few people and settled with Efficent renovations. We chose them because they were clear and concise in communication, friendly and affordable. They made all our dreams come true with our remodel. They remodeled 4 bathrooms and a massive overhaul in the kitchen. They also went above and beyond to help us trouble shoot some other things. Efficient Renovations are flat out, really great guys. All staff are nice and great to work with. They cleaned up after themselves and are just so chill to work with. I’d recommend them to anyone and we will always be using them for any future projects. Grateful for Lawrence, Jose, Regino, Steven and crew. They made our home amazing and I’m so happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better company.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our project by this company. We had an open office converted into an extra bedroom with closet and electrical fixtures added in the ceiling throughout the house. The quality of the work was top-notch and undertaken by detail-focused tradesmen. Great pains were taken to minimize dust and sanding residue from texturing by taping off the work area from the rest of the house. The job was started two weeks after we approved the estimate and moved along at a brisk pace. There was short delay on getting the doors but the job was started during the holidays. Jose and the team communicated well throughout the process. I thought the cost of the project was fair (everything is expensive these days) and considering the final outcome to be a good value. In short, excellent work by skilled experts coupled with professional communication completed in a short time.

I wanted to make sure to share with you how happy we are with your team and your work. Everyone involved was extremely pleasant, and went above, and beyond, even when there were hiccups. Jose did an amazing job coordinating especially around and during the holidays. When there are things that were unexpected Jose kept it on track it was extremely pleasant to have around. We had a fantastic experience with them after a roof leak caused our ceiling drywall to collapse RIGHT AFTER we got new hardwood floors. They were fast, efficient and took great care to protect our new flooring in the process. The project manager was always easily reached and quick to respond. We will definitely be using Efficient Renovations in the future.

After speaking with other contractors I spoke with Lawrence at Efficient Renovations. Very knowledgeable and took the time to listened and understand my vision for my kitchen. There were a couple of hiccups but what remodel no matter what size doesn’t and they were there and ready when needed. My project manager was Jose and what an awesome guy. Never made me feel like I was asking too many questions and never made me feel like I was a pain. The also fixed a leak that I had in an outside wall & foundation. My kitchen turned out beautifully. Will use them again in a hear beat.
