I will never do business with your company again when the project first started at my home I was having issues. I tried calling the project manager that started the process he gave me his card with his number so if I had any issues to give him a call I will call him every day. Email him every day and never got a response. I even called the main office. They told me they were going to email him to call me back that never happened. Am talking about Mr Bryce Ramp

I would never recommend this company to anyone! The ONLY reason I gave them 1 star is because the actual workers did their best and were competent. As far as everything else, the initial sales guy made you feel rushed, as if you needed them to begin the same day, so you couldn’t call any other companies to get a second opinion. They ripped up WAY more of our flooring than necessary, as well as base boards, which was NOT necessary! They could’ve removed a quarter of the flooring (maybe less) around the toilet area and maybe 2 baseboards around that area! My in-laws had numerous problems with them about 6 months prior as well. The only good thing I can say about DryLux is the laborers that come to your house. They were polite and courteous. Other than that, if DryLux is sent to your home for any reason, decline their services until you have time to get someone else in there to explain what needs to be done, and get an estimate! Also, they claim to “cover” up to $1000 of your insurance deductible but fail to tell you that ONLY if you use Hyperbuilt to do all the rebuild or put your area back to the way it was. Apparently, they work hand in hand with each other and Hyperbuilt will “deduct” $1000 off your final bill for using them. Not worth it whatsoever!

I must say my experience with Drylux Restoration, was a smooth process. Very organized crew, from start to finish to get my kitchen back together after the water damage. I would highly recommend this company.
