I had an appointment yesterday at 10am for an estimate. They didn’t show up and when I called they said the appointment was canceled by someone named Juan (?) So I rescheduled for today at 10am and no one showed up again. When I call, it’s always a different person and they always seem confused, like they asked me what time it is where I’m at and they don’t seem to be in the loop of whats going on in their own company. Seems like a scam to me.

No idea the quality of this service, but they have spammed called me six times in 15 minutes, even after explaining they have the wrong number. Not a great way to do business and follow up on leads.

Alan torres came to do my estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the windows. He answered all my questions and he took his time with me. I like the way that they make their windows here in Arizona. I also spoke with his boss briefly and she seemed very nice. I have ordered my windows and can’t wait for them to get here.
