Fredy was great to work with from start to finish. He rebuilt our outdoor deck after it was damaged in a storm, and we couldn’t be happier with the work he’s done. A complete rehab (decking, railing and necessary framing) to the existing deck at Mt home was expertly completed by Fredy Home Improvement. Fredy and Ruben were a joy thoughout the process. It was time to replace the deck in our house. We needed to build a deck that is a safe place for a young adult with disabilities and for our family to enjoy and spend time together. Fredy Majano Home Improvement LLC was highly recommended to us. In order to make the deck more accessible for our son with disabilities, the railing must be high in order to prevent him from falling off from the deck. Also, the steps of the stair should be stable, low, wide and have a handle to hold on to when needed. They listened to our wants and needs and did a superb job. They are meticulous workers ensuring that everything looks right every step of the way. They didn’t take any shortcuts and did precision work. In addition, when we had last minute changes or ideas to our design, they gladly incorporated them into the new deck. Moreover, they are highly professional and knowledgeable and were able to find beautiful solutions for the deck railing table. Fredy and Ruben are courteous, and diligent workers. The price for this quality work was reasonable and worth every penny. The final product has exceeded our expectations. We will definitely enjoy our deck for many years to come!!! This is an excellent company that we can recommend without hesitation. We will definitely use them again in the future.
