Very disappointing experience. Lots of promises were not kept. We were promised there would be a supervisor on our property while sub contractors were working since we (the owners) were not able to be there. This never happened. As a result, things were done extremely slowly (it took them double the amount of time to finish the work!) and our belongings were not always treated with respect, not much attention to details either. I would not recommend them.

In the beginning there was a lot of delays due to supply issues. Once the materials came in, they were very efficient and got the job done on a timely manner. It was almost a full house remodel and they did a great job. Matthew the project manager kept me up to date weekly about the progress and was easy to reach if needed. Thank you for restoring my damaged home into something better than it was before. I will definitely use your services if I ever need it in the future.

I’d had a leak under my kitchen sink which had gone unnoticed until quite some damage had occurred to the subfloor. Another company, assigned by my insurance company, had done the drying out of the damaged areas, but in the process the countertops were ruined! So Rise came in at that point, replaced the entire floor as well as the countertops. The results were very satisfactory. Naturally it took some time, but everyone I dealt with, especially Matthew, who oversaw all the work, was very pleasant and helped me get through the inevitable periods of waiting. I would definitely recommend them as a first-class company to do repair work.

Rise Construction did a great job on a kitchen remodel, helping from the design phase through the painting and wrap up. This include demolition, electrical work and flooring. Highly recommend their services.

An absolute nightmare. A project we were told would take a few months took nearly two years. Shoddy work had to be done and redone. Subcontractors made basic mistakes like not knowing how to use painter tape or protective tarp that resulted in damage to floors and furniture. Work repeatedly failed inspection or violated code. Unprofessional communication. We only got the work completed after a period of being ignored when we threatened to have the firm’s license investigated. Avoid at all costs.
