Rude and abrasive. After leaving a store, I was trying to navigate out of the parking lot I had just pulled into. The TCH worker had roped off my only exit and started blaming me for entering the lot that was adjacent to one of their machines. I tried to explain that the lot wasn’t roped off when I entered and he tried to explain how a lone orange cone meant the entire area was off limits (their boss’s car was blocking the sight of the other orange cone – which somehow was supposed to form some imaginary line that was uncrossable). The TCH worker kept trying to blame me for his ineptitude and finally allowed me out of the parking lot. Please let your employees know that they are the face of your company.
