On an earlier post I gave this business 3 Stars with no comments. We have not been to this business. I confused this business with another one we did visit. I am impressed that Bathcrest reached out to me. They checked their records and appointments and did not find me on there schedule. I double checked mine. The scope of my project is much different then the offerings of Bathcrest so I cannot use them. I wish the company I did contact on that day was as good at follow up as Bathcrest is. Thank you Bathcest.

We opted to remove our fixtures in advance of Bathcrest arrival. Arrived on time and wasted no time starting our project. Employees were very respectful and answered all our concerns. Excellent workmanship. Exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much. Our Garden Tub and tub shower look better than brand new.

I have nothing but praises for Bath crest of northwest Florida. Very professional company and excellent customer service skills. They took my 1990s almond bath tub and shower stall and made it stark white 🙂 save me over $1500 putting in a new shower stall that wasn’t necessary. I would highly recommend them for resurfacing your old dated bath instead of buying something new for an upgrade.

Bathcrest resurfaced the tubs and showers in our rental house, as we are preparing to sell it. First off, their customer service is excellent. They quickly returned my call, answered all my questions and set up an estimate date quickly. The gentleman who did the resurfacing was very professional and did an excellent job. These tubs/showers were from the 80’s and definitely showed it. After the resurfacing, the difference was incredible. They were now a bright and smooth white and look perfect. They filled in small holes from a previously installed shower door and you could never tell the holes were ever there. A+ to these guys. I will definitely use them for a future project a my home.

I am selling my home and needed my tub in my guest bathroom redone. The paint was peeling up and the drain was rusting. They came in for the estimate and were very knowledgeable and had multiple different finishes available for the bath. After I decided on the route to take we scheduled a time and date. The day of they were on time and very friendly. Laid down large sheets to keep dirt from my front door to the bathroom. We left after letting them in for vacation and when we came back it was like coming back to a brand new tub. The work was amazing and they even put a new drain in. I would recommend and call them back for any bath needs I ever needed!!
