Had fencing repaired and replaced. Received an estimate and work was done within budget. Was kept informed as the work was being done. Work was done in a very timely fashion. The fence also looks good. I will use them again.

I’ve used Howell’s Handyman services several time to hang light fixtures, install bathroom drain, and repair roofing flashing. His prices are fair and he does a great job. He even talked me through how to repair my hardwood floors without charging me. We will definitely use him again.

This company doesn’t have a business license with the city of Fort Smith, where his business is supposedly based out of. Spoke to the planning commission’s office today. Richard Howell is not a licensed contractor at all. He’s taken the open book test to get his license 3 times I know for a fact and failed it every time. State commissioners board that issues those license has opened up an investigation into all of his illegal business activities and I guess time will tell how that’s gonna work out for him. So if you’re in the market for an honest, true contractor, that has experienced worker to properly repair your homes or whatever you need done and lie to his customers about why he’s not there when he’s supposed to be, even lied many times to his customers and claimed our sick heart baby was having emergencies that didn’t exist to make sure they didn’t get upset with him for misses days. I guarantee you…save yourself a lot of hassle and RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE FOLKS. HAVE A BLESSED DAY.

Call for a water leak they came right out and fixed the leak the workers were very nice and knew what they were doing would us this company again for any services I need done
