Really bad service they said will help me with my property cause of fire .and than the ask for money to do some work for demolition inside de property and clean up . but they job did not work for me . charge me $45 k for only clean up inside . but left the all wood .frame window out .front yard .I tray to contact with with the company owner rock . . to explain me with detail on the document . what exactly did inside of the property . has been pass for 6 Mont for all detail and never receipt any information about the job .for me that company is bad service . if someone can help me to get my money back from that company

When you drive a company truck, you represent the company. One of the drivers was driving wreck less in a neighborhood running and barely stopping at stop signs.

ECS remodeled our kitchen and redid our flooring throughout the house….we love our new kitchen. The flooring throughout the house looks great. We would highly recommend ECS.. ECS will be remodeling our master bathroom.

ECS employed out business to do some flooring in July 2022. It is now October and they have ignored all of our efforts to collect payment for the job our men performed. Monica told me she’d call me right back with the card to pay and has since completing stopped responding to our calls and emails. We are a very small family owned business and the way she treated us is absolutely disgusting. We are spreading the word to NOT work with this company.

Took complete advantage of me in a board up from my fire had me sign a contract with no pricing. Before I signed I even expressed my concerns to “Rocky” the site guy who assured me they are very fair in their pricing. I get the bill later after my insurance company has had to argue with them about their unusual pricing and billing. After looking over the info I e they are putting almost a 100% markup on materials and then an additional 20% on those same materials and additionally 20% on top of their after hours labor rates. I will not ever recommend them and will be talking to my fire department about not calling these guys out for homeowners or businesses after fire damage because of their business practices. Revised to responce. As far as industry pricing goes yes you use a industry software and that already has quite a markup on materials. And when I talked to my insurance they even said you were charging above normal. And the 10 and 10 on your own work is not industry standard. I would assume they know what they are talking about since they do this everyday. By the way the 10 and 10 O&P is reserved in the industry for when you are managing subs on the project to collect a profit for managing them not your own materials and labor that you already have your own O&P added to. Your materials were already about 200% above what I would pay as John q public a lumber yard and since this is your business I can only assume you have stock in a yard that you buy in bulk to savee on in addition to regular contractor pricing at the lumber supplier tou deal with. Then I understand the high labor rate for the weekend emergency. But to then charge an additional 20 % on top of that again which my insurance company says is not the standard way of billing and even after they tried to get you to correct your error you told them you would just lein me if it didn’t get paid. These are their words not mine. As far as the 3 checks…why would they issue 3 checks…let’s see…maybe the first 2 were never received. And by the way it was only 2 checks they cut for your bill. Again why 2? Because the first was never reveived… hm maybe it got lost in the mail system since I had to move a few time because my house burnt down….as far as me keeping insurance money, nice try. I didn’t need it. I just wanted to make sure you weren’t taking advantage of people in a situation where they are vulnerable. I did speak with other agencies and I am not the first to voice this complaint about your company. As far as my pastor goes…he was in construction as well and he couldn’t believe what you were trying to pull. Maybe you should come talk to him. In the end you got your money because my insurance company didn’t want me inconvenienced otherwise I would have had to pay the difference. Because you were not billing to insurance standard. To those of you reading this make sure you go to the California State Contractor License Board website and look at what to be carefull of when hiring a contractor. Had I known before…I wouldn’t have signed that contract with no pricing. Even if it is emergency board up… get a price…there are other contractors happy to give you a price in advance.
