You get what you pay for. When you hire Graham Construction you get a professional contractor who works with you to make sure YOUR needs are met. They keep you updated and work with your schedule. The painters are respectful of your property. They leave a clean worksite everyday. They take pride in what they do and will work with you if you want something changed without an attitude. They ARE professionals. A little on the high side $$$, but remember, You get what you pay for. I will be recommending them when house painting comes up in a conversation.

I needed a front entry floor reinforced and replaced in an older house. This was definitely a custom job with unique challenges. I decided to take a chance and have it done while I was away. Richard and crew did a fantastic job. The quality of the work was perfect. Professional, communicative and reliable. They did a solid job. I’d have no hesitation about hiring them again.

I was quoted $1500 for 5 pieces of Sheetrock taping and floating. After the second day they asked for an extra $1767. I disagreed and Richard automatically went to try to go to the military and put leans on my house when he is the one that can’t do an estimate. I paid them because I can’t deal with legal stuff dragging out like he threatened. So basically it’s not finished and he got paid over what he Quoted Military stay away!! Now he sent me a proposal that was not the original price. I declined it. This guy sent me texts that he was going to sue me for defamation because I posted a 1star review. He doesn’t deserve a 1 star he sent me a proposal in 02 /02/24 after they over ran and over charged me

Richard personally showed up to inspect the work of his sub- contractors. The job and the color difference of the paint he suggested blended perfectly. Our exterior of our home looks as beautiful now as the inside. No delays, job was done as agreed. Thanks Richard.

We have used GCS for two large projects at our home in Fairbanks, and I must say we could not be more pleased with our experience — and the results. First we added a complete workshop/garage to our property through the course of summer 2022. Richard worked with us from the very beginning on the bare ground, handling every aspect of design, construction and finishing. GCS was our sole contact — listening to our ideas and needs — making it a reality by October, on schedule, before winter set in. Being new to Fairbanks, we had no contacts of our own, and it turned out that every aspect of the project was scheduled, coordinated and completed for us with a result we could not be happier with. Second, our 40 year old log house had a very incomplete basement which needed a complete remodel/finish including below grade egress windows and build out to comply with future bank loan requirements, as well as our personal wishes. Again, based on our excellent experience, Richard and GCS took on this overhaul from beginning to end with wonderful results. We could not more highly recommend them for this type of work.
