Josh pressure washed our beach house 2 years ago so we could sell it. It was not an easy feat, but he did it. The house has a cathedral ceiling and roof — all done !!! Awesome job and the house sold !!! Josh also pressure washes for me at our present home. He does a great job every time for a good price. If you need pressure washing done, call Josh Silcox !!!

Josh cleaned and pressure washed our 3000 foot pool area, furniture, and the screen enclosure perfectly, getting rid of the slight green growth on the screen sides and up to the 20 foot high top of the enclosure ! Then he pressure washed our 250 foot long white plastic fence, inside and out, getting rid of the lichen and moss growing there on. He custom blended a chemical and wash process that did no harm at all to the grass and shrubs on either side of the fence. Our neighbors commented on how clean and white the appearance of the fence is now !
