We were referred to Vlad and his team by someone in a different trade for our laundry room remodel. We needed to replace 30-year-old linoleum with tile. I texted Vlad on a Friday with the details, and he said someone could start on Monday. The work went smoothly, and the technician finished in one day! The floor looks amazing, and they even fixed an annoying squeak in the middle. Vlad is personable, easy to work with, and focused on customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Lion Heart Remodel went above and beyond for our townhome renovation. We wanted to get tiles for our bathrooms and Vlad was able to quickly provide us a reasonable estimate very quickly. He was pleasant and knowledgable to talk to, and his quote blew others out of the water. His team was very professional too – they were able to install our tiles in a timely manner and took care of our home. And now it looks spotless and great! After the installation, I did notice that there was some water trickling inside of the toilet, and I contacted Vlad about the issue. He had his team come out and check on it, and they replaced some parts to fix the issue – no charge at all! This is the definition of service, and Lion Heart Remodel definitely provides. I will be contacting them soon regarding other projects I have in the future.

Richard has amazing patience to listen and deliver. The design was a perfect balance between style and functionality. Throughout the process, Richard had a way of making us feel as though we are his only customer with all the attention and responsiveness we could hope for. Richard and Igor really read the customer well and have been very respectful. They have a personal style while making wonderful suggestions along the way to enhance our ideas or introduce design we would never have thought of.

I was lucky enough to work with Richard and Lion Heart again this year. I basically placed my home and everything own in the world into their safe keeping while they gave my home a full interior cosmetic remodel. They replaced floors, baseboards, door trims and hardware, painted everything. I’m so happy. Everything looks better than I imagined it could. I definitely feel like Richard cares as much as I do about my home. Everyone who came into my home during this process treated me with complete respect and made me feel confident during the chaos of a multi stage project. I’ll definitely be working with Lion Heart again in the future. Previous Experience (about a year ago) Richard is professional, responsive and easy to work with. His team of expert technicians and craftsmen are skilled and clearly care about the quality of their work. I was looking for a local partner to help me update my home with various projects and I feel like I’ve found the perfect fit with Lion Heart Remodel. My new bathroom is everything I’d hoped and I’ll be asking Richard for help with more projects in the future.

Unreliable, booked a consultation twice, with no show and communication. After the first no show, I called their office spoke with them, we discussed a second appointment that they then didn’t show up to as well. If the sales process is generally where you put your best foot forward, I would be skeptical of using a contractor that doesn’t make consultations.

We were fortunate enough to find Lion Heart to remove the Mable tile from our hearth. We have a beautiful mantle and needed to find someone to come in who was experienced to remove the tile without damaging the mantle. We are 100+% happy with the result. What a fantastic job Richard did for us. He was super clear about everything and made sure we were clear. Was very good with communication. He was on time and he left the area in a ready position for the surface to be installed! He will return to replace the trim that was necessary to remove for our install! We highly recommend Lion Heart Remodel.
