Excellent communication from start to finish. Quality workmanship. They found cost effective solutions when problems arose. The remodel was seamless with the existing house and all the period details were preserved.

I started working with Classic Remodeling NW in August of 2023 after another contractor ghosted us. I was in the bid process for a number of remodel projects. After our first meet with Ward Hampson I knew I wanted to work with CRNW. He answered all our questions and explained in detail how there production process worked and what I could expect through the process. I turned over the project details for a bid. I gave him the big wish list to see how for our budget would go. The bid came back, it was clear I cant afford the dream and would need to prioritize projects and look for budget savings without sacrificing quality. Enter Rebecca! She worked with me to find savings and had great ideas, swapping this for that and suggesting things we can DIY. She talked me through the occasional panic attach home projects can evoke. Communication has been exceptional!! Not one communication gap, imagine that with a contractor lol. I didn’t know it was posable to feel this at ease with a contractor. If your new to home reno and a bit nervus these folks got you! Our first project is complete tear down and remodel of a 3/4 bath due to start in the next week. I’ll let you all know how went and review the finished bathroom.

This company creates the most stunning designs! It is such a pleasure speaking with SaDora and Becca. They really take the time to get to know you, relate to you, and find solutions to help make your dreams come true. Ward is an amazing designer and both he and his wife, SaDora, lead a high-quality team of professionals. I highly recommend them!

During our kitchen remodel, Classic Remodeling NW Inc. did a fantastic job of keeping us informed of the progress. Maryann, and Rebecca were very responsive to any of our concerns. Paul coordinated on site and worked through several surprises that arose with a 90 year old home. I highly recommend Classic Remodeling NW Inc.

This was the second time that we used Classic Remodeling NW to redo a bathroom. The first time was excellent and exceeded all expectations. The second time, what this review is based on, met most of our expectations. The design and workmanship were excellent. The only thing we had an issue with was timing. We needed the bathroom completed by a certain date due to a major surgery and despite assurances this did not happen. In the end the bathroom is by far the nicest room in our house, it is like going to a spa :-). The work is high quality and beautiful. The workers were nice and respectful of our needs while in the home. The job did cost quite a bit more than initially quoted, but that is 100% on us. We choose to upgrade parts of the job, and asked to have the roof replaced when it was found to be leaking. I would hire them again if we needed another remodel.

Tried to get a quote with them for a small kitchen remodel. The lady I spoke with was very rude and snotty. And apparently the “average cost of a kitchen remodel is $73,000”. I’m pretty sure that’s not accurate for an average mid-size home.

I had the best remodeling experience with Classic Remodeling. They did a beautiful job and in a reasonable amount of time. I was always informed of their progress and of any necessary changes. Nothing was changed without my approval. Everyone that works for Classic Remodeling deserves 5 stars. Everyone was friendly, professional and honest. I chose well with this company and I have and will recommend them highly.
